Refund and Returns Policy

No change-of-mind returns

Automatic mahjong tables are bulky, delivered by our own team and set up inside your home. Once a table has been delivered and installed, we do not accept a return, refund or exchange because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong colour, or found you did not have the space.

This is why we would rather you saw the table first. You are welcome to visit our Woodlands showroom by appointment, press on the table, fold it, and measure it against your own room before you order. We will also answer any question over WhatsApp before you pay, including sending you the exact footprint for the space you have in mind.

Your rights under Singapore law

Nothing in this policy takes away your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, often called the Lemon Law, if goods do not conform to the contract at the time of delivery you may ask us to repair or replace them. If repair or replacement is not possible, or is not done within a reasonable time, you may ask for a reduction in price or to reject the goods.

Goods found to be faulty within six months of delivery are presumed to have been faulty at delivery, unless we can show otherwise.

Faulty or damaged on delivery

Our team sets up your table and tests it before they leave. Please check it with them while they are still there. If you find damage or a fault after they have gone, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange to inspect, repair or replace the item.

• Do not attempt to repair the table yourself. It voids the warranty and can make the fault worse.
• Keep the packaging until you are satisfied everything is working.

Warranty

Every new table comes with a 12-month warranty covering parts and labour for manufacturing defects, counted from the date of delivery. It covers the shuffle mechanism, the motor, the control panel and the table frame. All repairs are carried out by our own team in Singapore. We do not ship anything overseas and you do not deal with a third party.

The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by moving the table yourself.
• Normal wear on the felt surface, tiles and cosmetic finish.
• Faults caused by repairs or modifications carried out by anyone other than us.
• Damage from water, power surges, or use outside a normal domestic setting.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel an order that we have not yet dispatched or scheduled for delivery, contact us as soon as you can and we will do what we reasonably can to help. Once a table has been dispatched, or a delivery appointment has been attended, the order cannot be cancelled.

When a refund does apply

If a refund is due to you, whether because we cancelled your order, we could not fulfil it, or you are exercising a right under Singapore consumer law, it is paid back to the original payment method through our payment provider, HitPay. Bank processing normally takes five to ten business days after we approve the refund. We do not issue cash refunds or store credit in place of a refund you are entitled to.

Tiles, chips and accessories

Accessories and mahjong tile sets are also not returnable for change of mind, and hygiene items cannot be accepted back once opened. If an accessory arrives faulty or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it.
