We come to you, island-wide, at a time that suits. The house-call fee is quoted via WhatsApp when you book. On-site diagnosis takes twenty to thirty minutes, then we quote labour and parts. No work starts without your approval.

Once you agree the quote, we carry out the repair on the spot. Every part we repair or replace carries a 3-month warranty on parts and labour. If the same fault returns, we come back at no charge.
About us
Since 2013 we have done one thing: sell, service and repair automatic mahjong tables. Not furniture in general, not appliances. These tables. That is more than ten years of lifting off the felt, taking the housing apart, and putting it back together in somebody's living room, over 8,000 sales and service jobs across Singapore.
Depth is worth more than breadth on a job like this. A generalist opens up a table he has never seen before and starts eliminating possibilities. We have already met the fault. We know which sensor drifts on which model, which belt stretches first, what a particular grinding noise means before the housing is even off.
Diagnosis is pattern recognition. Ten years of the same faults on the same mechanisms means we usually know what has gone wrong before we have finished opening the table.
Motors, sensors, belts, control panels. The components that actually fail are in the technician's kit, not on a boat. That is why most repairs finish on the first visit.

House call

Charged per job, island-wide. This brings a technician to your home to diagnose the fault properly, in front of you.
Labour and parts
One house call per job. If we cannot finish on the same day, because a part has to be ordered for example, we come back to complete the same repair and the house-call fee is not charged again.
If the same fault returns within three months, we come back and fix it at no charge at all. No house call, no labour, no parts.
Priority appointment slots go to existing SgAutoMahjong customers. If you bought your table from us, say so when you message and we will fit you in first.

The house-call fee is quoted via WhatsApp when you book, charged per job, island-wide. Labour and any parts needed are quoted separately, on top of that, after the technician has assessed the table on site. Nothing is charged and no work begins until you agree the quote. Once you do, the repair is carried out on the spot.
Yes. We service all brands and models of automatic mahjong table, regardless of where they were bought. The honest caveat is parts: if a table was imported and its spares are not available in Singapore, there may be nothing we can do. Send us the model and a photograph and we will tell you before you commit to anything.

Diagnosis takes twenty to thirty minutes. Most standard repairs are completed within one to two hours, on the same visit.
If a specific part has to be ordered we will tell you clearly and arrange a follow-up visit as soon as it arrives. The house call is a one-time charge for that job, so we do not charge the house-call fee again to come back and finish the same repair.
No. All repairs are carried out on site in your home. Just make sure there is enough clear space around the table for the technician to work.
Yes. Our technicians carry stock of the most commonly needed parts, including motors, sensors, belts and panels, so most repairs are completed on the first visit.
Every part we repair or replace is covered by a 3-month warranty on parts and labour. If the same fault returns within those three months, we come back and fix it at no charge at all, including the house call.
