The case for reconditioned
The same core experience, automatic shuffling and clean gameplay, at a meaningfully lower price. It is not for everyone, and that is fine.
Not sure how much you will use it? A reconditioned table lets you find out without committing to a new-table budget. Upgrading later is always an option.
You want a good table. You would rather not pay for a showroom-fresh one. The mechanism is inspected, the warranty is real, and the money saved buys a proper set of tiles.
If the table sees weekend use rather than daily play, function matters more than pristine cosmetics. A unit with a small surface mark plays exactly the same.

Full assessment of mechanical components, electronics and structural integrity. Problems are identified before any work begins.

The table comes fully apart so every internal component can be reached, cleaned, repaired or replaced.

Components cleaned of dust and debris. Moving parts lubricated. Worn parts repaired or replaced.

Faulty electronics, motors and sensors replaced with original or high-quality compatible parts.

Everything goes back together with alignment checked at each stage, before testing begins.

Real gameplay simulation. Shuffle mechanism, tile dealing, stability and electronic controls all tested under actual use.

Final check on performance, durability and appearance. Condition scores assigned for machine and aesthetics.

Only then does the unit go live, with its condition scores, full specification and 6-month warranty attached.

Every table has been inspected, disassembled, cleaned and tested. The mechanism is fully functional. Cosmetic signs of previous use, such as minor marks or surface wear, may exist and vary by unit. We score each unit on both machine condition and aesthetic condition, so you know what you are getting before you buy.

Yes. Every reconditioned table includes a 6-month onsite warranty covering parts and labour, handled by our own team here in Singapore. That is six months rather than the twelve you get with a new table, and it is six months more than a private seller can offer you.

Yes. Every reconditioned table comes with two complete sets of mahjong tiles, animal tiles included, so you can play from the day it arrives.

We are winding the reconditioned line down to make room for the new table lineup, and every remaining unit has been reduced. We are not actively taking units in, but we would not turn away a good one. The honest answer is that we cannot promise another batch, so if a unit here suits you, it is worth moving on it.
A reconditioned table gives you the same automatic tile-shuffling function at a meaningfully lower price. It suits you if you are buying for the first time, playing occasionally, or would rather not pay a new-table premium for a table used at weekends. If you play weekly and want the full warranty and CarePlan eligibility, buy new.
